Good value, not much to offer on site

This was great value for money, as we were there in the wet season. The room was lovely, although the layout with the bathroom facilities a little strange. The team were welcoming, but seemed a little tentative and inexperienced on how to manage requests. There was also an incident where the staff through another team member in the pool - while we were sitting there relaxing. This didn't seem overly professional, but no one thought it was an issue. Overall the stay was what we needed, but I wouldn't come here if you're looking for luxury.

Be aware !!!!!

These are not proper villas. We booked a 2 bed villa as we are traveling as a group. What we got was 2 bedrooms with ensuite (one upstairs and one downstairs)and an outdoors cooking space. The advertisement stated there is a living room, there is no living room, there is supposed to be a tv, there is no tv, the door to our villa entry does not lock so you need to keep the curtains in the downstairs bedroom closed all the time as anyone in the courtyard can see straight into the shower, including house keeping crew who walk in as a whole group. There are no windows to open, only the door and no screen to keep bugs and mosquitoes out, so it is stuffy, stale and smells of mildew with bugs. This place is nice if you are staying a couple days and don't need to do anything, but we booked a villa specifically as we are staying for a while and needed the spaces that were advertised and not provided. When requesting a cancellation because the villa is not what was advertised, the villa wanted to charge us a 50% cancellation, They tried to argue that the balcony on the upstairs bedroom was the living space, this was a tiny balcony with one chair and a little table compleatly open to the elements and bugs. It was big enough for two people to stand on, but it did not feel entirly safe underfoot when a second person came out onto it. I pointed this out to the hotel who then increased the cancellation fee to 100%. Hotels.com moved us to a new villa

Cosy nice little hotel in the rice fields

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Good and fresh breakfast and also other food very nice! Rooms spacious. Also got a very great massage in the room. Can recommend this place! The only thing that I was missing, was a sunbed next to my private pool. At the mainpool only two of them. Cam be improofed.
