Welcome to A Lake View at St. Francis, a charming two-story townhome boasting stunning Lake Tahoe views and located just steps from the HOA's private sandy beach and boat dock. A public boat launch, park, and playground are within a short walking distance, and several world-class ski resorts are only minutes away.

This spacious home features a reverse floor plan with an inviting open-concept living and dining area. Large, bright windows and sliding glass doors flood the space with natural light, creating an airy and warm ambiance. The vaulted cathedral ceilings add to the sense of openness, while the comfortable new furniture and wood-burning fireplace offer the perfect setting to unwind after a day of adventure. Whether you're enjoying a cozy evening by the fire or catching the breathtaking lake views, this space has it all. The round dining table comfortably seats 6-8, perfect for meals or game nights. Two built-in buffet cabinets in the dining room make meal service effortless.

The expansive kitchen is a chef's dream, fully stocked with all the tools and equipment you'll need to prepare everything from casual meals to gourmet feasts. If you would like to barbeque, the HOA has a large shared gas grill that can be used on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Outside, you'll find two private decks—one with a dining table and outdoor couch, ideal for enjoying Lake Tahoe's warm summer days.

The king-sized master suite downstairs is a tranquil retreat, complete with a beautifully remodeled bathroom featuring a walk-in tiled shower and granite vanity. Two additional spacious queen bedrooms share a stylishly updated hall bath with a shower/tub combo. An additional full bathroom is located upstairs, offering added convenience.

Perfect for families or groups, this lakeside townhome offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable Lake Tahoe vacation.
Parking is provided for 2 vehicles directly in front of the unit, in spaces marked #26.

*HOA Hot Tub Info (exact days vary based on weather and maintenance crew's schedule, so please call our office if your stay falls on one of these borderline weekends and we can get the answer for you!)
-Outdoor hot tub is open from Memorial Day to mid-September (depends on weather)
-Indoor hot tub is open from mid-December to Easter weekend

PLEASE NOTE: Pets are NOT allowed at this condo.This home is not equipped with AC. There is no BBQ at this property, but you can use the shared HOA grill on a first-come, first-serve basis. This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation. Wells Bennett Realtors requires $500 of your reservation total due upon booking and the remainder due sixty days prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.

Please note: We automatically add Vacation Rental Accidental Damage Insurance to your reservation. This costs $45 total. If you want to satisfy our Accidental Damage Insurance requirement another way, you can reach out to us and opt in for a refundable security deposit of $3,000 on the card we have on file for the reservation.

CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.) **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th, 25th
NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required. **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st

Location can’t be beat, steps away from the water with access to a private dock. The unit is dated, felt like walking into the late 90s and I don’t believe it had been rented for awhile as everything had a layer of dust. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Couldn’t find the cushions for the patio furniture. Not far from a nice little hiking trail and close enough to grocery and restaurants.

Super Location

We enjoyed our stay very much since the location is close to the ski area and to town. The condo is close to the lake and has some water views.Being four guys, we didn't mind that a couple of cabinet doors were missing and laughed it off

Nice stay in Tahoe

The condo is in a great location very near the lake. The common areas - living room, kitchen, and dining - are open and welcoming. The bed in master is comfortable. The restrooms are largely remodeled and nice. The unit was built so that it offers great views of the lake off of the decks even though it is not one of the units right on the lake. The key code did not work upon arrival; however, the property manager corrected that within minutes. A great stay overall. Two suggestions: provide a snow shovel in the winter for snow removal from the decks, and maybe replace missing kitchen cabinet doors.

Great Getaway!

Our family enjoyed the cabin four nights before the holiday! We all had a great time and found the accommodations to be very comfortable.Excellent location to multiple ski resorts and for us a quick 15 minute drive to Palisades. Also enjoyed walking out to the beach and enjoying the lake.

Christmas Vacation

Great location for side trips to Northstar, Olympic Village, and Granlibakken. Steps to the beach and lake. The property has all the amenities for preparing meals. The bedrooms are on the entry level and kitchen/family room on upper level. Great view of the lake! Nice round table seats 7 comfortably. Great game table as well! We brought our own, but they have a few games and chess board. Beds are comfortable and three bathrooms was great. If you have young children, bring a portable child gate due to the stairs.

Cute lake view comdo

Great condo property, with a stunning view of the lake! We had a prime view of the summer solstice full moon rising over the lake- it was magical! Beds were comfortable and soft. Kitchen has all the necessities you need to cook. The lake is just a few steps away- you could hang there to play, but the lake is so full there’s not much of a beach. There are a few public beaches just a short walk away, which made it so easy to access without having to drive somewhere and park. The upstairs gets pretty hot in the afternoon (full sun), but cools off nicely with a good cross breeze and the ceiling fan. Downstairs stays cool. There is the lake trail that is just up the road which will allow you to walk into town (about a mile and a half walk. Overall, a great stay and convenient location. Would stay again!

Great condo in a great location

This condo is a short bike ride from downtown Tahoe City. The upstairs is great and has two wonderful decks, amazing places to spend a sunny afternoon. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. It's a short walk to the shores of Tahoe. The carpet is a bit old, and downstairs smells a bit musty, but otherwise a good expereince.

Very spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath that is great for a group. We were just 5 adults, but this place could easily and comfortably accommodate more and be great for kids. Stellar place!

Extreme Disappointment

Do not be fooled by the pictures online! My family and I have been vacationing in October in Lake Tahoe for 15 years and have never experienced anything like this rental. The beds were literally, no exaggeration, lumpy. You could feel the springs through the matresses. Just absolutely unbelievable. No one was able to get a good night sleep. One of the rooms had an electrical outlet coming out of the wall with exposed wiring and there was a light fixture plugged into it. There were cobwebs in the doorways, the kitchen floor had some sort of sticky substance on it that was never mopped up before our stay. The toaster oven was filthy, it was so bad it turned us off from even using the kitchen. I would never have imagined that there could even be such a place as this offered as a vacation rental. Save your money for a property where the owners actually care about upkeep and the comfort of their guests. We are not the type to complain but I don’t want another family to have to suffer such a huge as disappointment on their vacation stay. We did communicate these issues to the property management and they were referred to as “minor inconveniences” I wouldn’t call having the matress springs poking into your back as a minor inconvenience, as I stated above just unbelievably disappointing.
