This Rocky Ridge vacation rental is located in the trees. In this private setting, you will find a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo that has been newly remodeled. The main living space is on the top floor, giving you views of the surrounding forest. Relax in the sunny living room or enjoy a meal at the large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a bedroom off of the living area with a full bed. On the bottom level, you will find the master bedroom with a king bed and two twins with a spacious attached bathroom, and a guest room with a king bed and full bath. The development is close to all that Tahoe City has to offer. Rocky Ridge is a gated community of 60 acres surrounded by State Forest Land, where you can enjoy nature on one of the many hiking or mountain biking trails just steps away. Amenities include 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, tennis, basketball, playground, Bocce Ball court and a private beach, annex located just down the road with parking and pier, BBQ facilities, clubhouse and volleyball court. Every vacation condo rental offers vaulted mountain-style ceilings, beautiful rock fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, all set in an open two-story floor plan.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.
