"Rosemor" is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home which offers upstairs living and dining areas with vaulted pine ceilings, wood burning fireplace, and lots of windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of pots, pans and dishes for you to make the most delicious meal! The large deck off of the dining area is great for BBQ's and leads down to two more decks toward the back of the house. This landscaped lot is fenced and offers a horseshoe pit for outdoor fun! This home can accommodate 7 people comfortably. Sorry, no pets.

Other amenities include TV with cable, VCR, DVD, wireless internet, plenty of board games, washer, dryer, gas Weber BBQ & patio furniture (summer only)!

This unbeatable Pineland location is located on a quiet street, is an easy walk to Sunnyside and also offers quick access to the backcountry up Ward Canyon.

It's close to Tahoe City and Palisades/Alpine Ski Resort, Homewood Mountain Resort, and Northstar at Tahoe!

We overall had a very nice stay at this property. The house was very well stocked with all the pots and pans and spices one might need for cooking. All Bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs, and the living area and kitchen is upstairs. As others have pointed out, it can definitely use a deep clean, especially in the living area with the large couch, and the fire place that stated it would be cleaned. And perhaps upgrading to a newer couch as it is the ONLY gathering place in the house, and it can use some TLC. Given the fact that the house is supposed to be cleaned after each stay, maybe it is time for a new cleaning crew, so it can truly clean the areas that clearly keep getting missed. Also, another fix is to seal the shower door, as water was leaking through the door of the shower in the small bathroom, so water was all over the floor after each shower.
