Take your next Lake Tahoe vacation to this beautiful lakefront condo in Tahoe City. This three bedroom condo is located right on the water and gives you all the best views from almost every room. Includes a potential boat slip, (reservations made through the harbor master, if vacancy is available,) swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, private pier, and private beach for fun just right outside your door.

Vacation in this luxury, remodeled lakefront condo. The panoramic lake views will take your breath away and are available from nearly any room. This home is located near three large resorts that offer an abundance of activities in both summer and winter and just a short drive away, approximately 5-15 miles. From this North Shore location you will also find great trails nearby for mountain biking, hiking and even cross-country skiing on the Tahoe Cross Country Ski Trails. Or take a nice walk on the trail to Tahoe City and enjoy all the fun shops and great dining options.

This is a 2 level home. The main level offers a wood burning fireplace in the living room, large windows, large kitchen and a spacious deck. On the deck there is outdoor seating to enjoy the lovely lake and fresh air while sipping on your morning coffee. On the second floor you will find all three bedrooms. One with a King, one with a Queen, and one with two twin beds. All together this lakefront condo will accommodate up to 6 guests.

Location:
While some may want to stay in, enjoy the fire and relax on a snowy day, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local resorts like Northstar or Alpine Meadows/Palisades Tahoe. You are also near the bike path for wonderful summer riding.

Parking:
Parking is available for 2 cars total. 1 car in front of the unit marked 17, and 1 one spot in visitor parking. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Availability of HOA ammeneties may be subject to change, especially in the winter
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

The condo is in a great location — lakeside, restaurants, grocery store … the condo makes you feel that it is your home away from home. Kitchen has all the amenities. Great stay. The master bedroom has a great view of the lake too.

Beautiful place right on the lake. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Close to shopping and restaurants and just a short drive to the hustle and bustle of south lake tahoe. We loved it. Master suite amazing.

Great vacay spot

Beautiful spot & great property. We stayed here after a wedding - and loved the access to the lake from the pier and ladder steps, as well as the pool. Only one guaranteed parking spot but we were able to find a 2nd without much issue. Our 4YO also loved digging in the sand. Everything in the kitchen was great. Note: no door on the master bedroom bathroom, which was fine for us but not on our radar. We would definitely return if we lived closer.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: beautiful, peaceful location right on the water. The grounds of the property were well maintained.Cons: there were a massive amount of spider webs on both decks. As soon as I notified the agency they got rid of them. The owner of the property agency, however, emailed me insisting that the spider webs are not typically cleaned on the firewood pile and dismissed my concerns. But I can't imagine if she saw what I saw she would be so dismissive. It was out of a haunted house, I stopped counting at around 20. We also saw several spiders inside the house. At this price point I would expect this house to be thoroughly cleaned on the inside and out, and I did ask for some consideration for this which was immediately denied.The furniture was very, very tired and the mattress pad was uncomfortable. This rental has great potential, just better managed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Couldn't have been happier with this property. If you have a boat and plan to go on the lake, there is simply no better rental. It has a small marina with a slip that is completely protected from the lake so no matter how rough it gets out there, your boat is protected. There were significant storms while we were there and we did not have to worry about our boat at all. Additionally, there is a spot for your boat trailer. The community is great and everyone very friendly to us. Amenities are awesome (dock, marina, pool, etc). Views are incredible from the living room and master bedroom. Would definitely book this property again!
