The lower level includes two updated bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, plus a remodeled full bathroom—a great setup for keeping sleeping spaces quiet and separate from the main living area.
Up one level, the mid-level is made for gathering. You’ll find an updated full kitchen with fresh paint and flooring, oak cabinetry, granite countertops, and newer essentials including a dishwasher and microwave. The adjacent living room features laminate flooring, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a sleeper sofa, TV/DVD, a CD/cassette player, and a selection of games. Meals are easy with a dining table for 4 plus two counter stools for extra seating.
The top level offers a loft-style third bedroom with two Single beds, TV/VHS, and a convenient 3/4 bathroom. Additional upgrades include a newer washer and dryer, updated windows, and refreshed deck and siding.
In warmer months, hop on your bike and cruise into Tahoe City or head to Skylandia Beach. Come winter, you’re a quick drive to multiple resorts for days on the slopes. Outside, enjoy the deck with a propane BBQ, and take advantage of pool and tennis (summer only).

Average Condo
Decor is very old fashioned. Beds wiggle quite a bit when rolling over. It’s a 25 minute walk to the lake. On the other side of road, then must walk all the way down Lake Forest Drive. No A/C but they have fans. Tennis courts and pool are nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. Complex is very quiet and clean. Can hear some traffic noise from main road. Pretty forest setting.

Great place to Getaway! The bedrooms were a little dated and the beds were not the most comfortable but everything else was wonderful! A lovely place for family and friends to stay!

We had a wonderful weekend stay here. the location is very convenient. WE didn't try any of the amenities like the clubhouse, pool or tennis courts but we could see them from the balcony. Would stay here again next time we visit.

First impression house was nice and cozy, only downside was all the stairs.
Property was well equipped with all we needed from extra towels, toilet paper, kitchen towels. Only thing the rental was short of was trash bags. Overall we were comfortable at this rental, very close by to town and beaches.

property is as portrayed, comfortable for our family of 6 adults, BUT
please note that wifi is extremely slow. Hauserman Rental Agency was a huge help with a hotspot to boost it, but I did ask at least 3 times (before booking) about doing work online as some people had to take computers with them to work remotely. I think they said the speed was .5 something (from AT&T). A whole lot slower than what we're used to. Rental agency was extremely fast in trying to help us get connected and gave us great ideas for restaurants, things to see, etc. Hopefully owners will update wifi speed for next renters. Place is comfortable, cozy, etc. I did see that it didn't have AC, and again, the rental agency lent us fans for the bedrooms, which made it much more tolerable. If I may make a suggestion, the owners might want to buy some beach chairs (for use at the lake) and replace the chairs on the deck with some sturdier ones. The place is easily accessible, great parking, and close to the lake (within walking distance.)
