The staffs were cold, no smile, no welcoming, the room had strong mildew smell and the bathroom had mold all over the shower and walls ( it’s nice that they changed the room right away) cleaning services were very bad, over all, it was very disappointed for a well known hotel that is so not perfectionist.

The room décor has a classic touch, and everything is very well maintained. The variety of TV programs and movies is impressive, making it easy to relax after a long day. The only minor drawback was that the remote control wasn’t very responsive from the bed, but overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I have stayed at this hotel over 20 times but the last 5 years this place has gone down hill fast. old dirty wallpaper in the rooms, pealing at the edges. very limited amenities in the room. Bath towels no longer white, kinda grey and edges of towels frayed. Room safe was removed, leaving a clear footprint from where it once was. Closet drawers were not clean. Shower and bath had hair in them. Carpet in hallways are heavily stained. Handicap elevator not working, AC in hotel lobby not working. The gym next door is no longer there and the swimming pool has been removed. Breakfast buffet was super limited, same food for 6 days with no variation. They used to have a nice omelet bar but no longer available and only fresh fruit were orange wedges. The bar on the second floor is now closed and a substitute novel robot bartender thing is now in the lobby...? Overall, I regret staying here and would choose Evergreen, Splendor, Moxy or another Marriott Bonvoy property over Tempus. Never again Tempus, never again

This Hotel Check in time is 4 PM (which rare already), and the staff still delayed my check in time to 4:30pm. Make me stand at their front desk half an hour (without reason / explanation). And, continue provide rooms to other customer. Do you know to switch a room for an on time customer ?? And, The room windows is very dirty, with have Bird Poo stick outside.
