Thanks for a pleasant stay. I’d forgotten Taihape is on the main trunk line, and as a light sleeper, I did wake when a goods train went past. But I slept well in between. The bed was very comfortable and a very good size.

This motel would be one of the best we have ever stayed in. Apart from the grumpy reception man we encounted who certainly was not welcoming the unit was just lovely. Very well appointed and spotlessly clean, great spa bath and comfortable bed. A very nice friendly cleaning lady greeted us in the morning which was great.
