Great location and super clean hotel

Stayed here on my short trip back to Taiwan. Great location as it was a quick walk from the airport MRT and Taipei Main station. Hotel was quiet despite being on a busy street and very clean! The only blemish was the bed wasn't as comfortable as I had hoped for. Location is great if you want to be around shopping, food, etc

The hotel is closed to the Taipei Main Station, easy to reach from Taoyuan Airport, only 5-10mins walk to reach the station. Also near the sightseeing spot like Dadaocheng pier. Must try ordering the tasty breakfast at the front desk.

Well located for shopping and eating and about 10 mins walk to the train station which was convenient. Helpful and accommodating staff. Free laundry facilities which was super useful and coffee station in reception area. Very tight room for a standard double but ok if you don’t have too much luggage. Perfectly for one nights stay. Clean but towels had an odd smell to them. Kettle available to make tea and bottles of water which was appreciated.

Not the best experience, especially if you do speak the language as you are a disadvantage. Had a slight stain on the bedsheet from ink transfer that could be easily washed/bleached off (bed sheet is white), but instead staff told me that their cleaning agent from their house keeping couldn't take it off it means that it can't be washed off. I have dealt with ink staining at home and have been able to bleach it off myself. I eventually had a friend come talk to them for me and they explained that their cleaning agent is some type of baking soda mixture. I told asked them via my friend if they don't use bleach and they said no. They launder off site. Made me pay a fee of NTD $2000 and then offered to give me the bed sheet since I technically paid for it. Weird thing to offer a guest if they are traveling... Worst thing is they didn't even let me know they had free laundry service that guest could use behind their desk. I would've asked them to hold off in charging me and bought bleach at a local store to clean it myself. The water temperature is also very inconsistent. As other reviews have said - the water can get scalding hot instantly (no gradual change). This can be dangerous for children. Benefit is that this is central and close to a transit station - however there are other hotels around the same vicinity.

Great stay! Room was more spacious than expected. Hotel was very clean and new. There's a laundry and dryer on first floor, which is free for use. Location was good, within walking distance of Taipei Main station. There's 7/11, Family mart, Watsons nearby, very convenient. Close to bus stop too. We will love to stay there again!

整體不錯，但是有些細節需注意

住房的體驗不錯 房間大還有難得的浴缸很大很舒服 但是衛生打掃有待加強 第一天就踩到在床旁邊的夾襪子的小夾子（尖尖的那個）剛進浴室打開花灑 排水口就堵住 這些第二天都有跟櫃檯告知 跟櫃檯反應得到也只是會告知房務加強 但後來2、3天發現浴缸的一根毛都黏在同個地方 感覺衛生打掃上需要加強 但是房型跟空間衛浴是我很喜歡的
