Staff was very, very helpful and pleasant. We did have issues with the door needing to be re-programmed and had to wait while that was being fixed to get in the room. AC made some rattling noises but we fixed it ourselves. Toilet handle kepts getting stuck. Other than these minor things, the stay was great, especially the staff.

We had a lot of family staying at the hotel and we were able to use their outdoor grill/ fireplace area for a family barbecue- the staff was very accommodating and pleasant to interact with!

Standard Hampton Inn, just a little older. Could use a refresh of bathroom, especially. Very convenient to I-10. Very helpful staff. Would recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable stop along the freeway.
