I was given a smaller room and when I inquired about it I was told there were no more rooms available that I booked. My trip was planned around the room I needed and the room I was given made every other aspect of the trip unbearable. None of us could sleep as we were too closed in and not enough beds.

If you have an allergy to animals beware - this hotel allows dogs (and probably cats, but I only saw dogs) I am extremely allergic to both. Upon walking in we saw three people walking around with dogs so I asked the guy when checking in if we could please get a dog free room, or if they existed. He said he keeps all the dogs on the 1st floor and put us on the 4th, he said that they also do a deep cleaning after dogs stay in rooms too so not to be worried. We took an elevator up with a man with a dog and he was staying in the room next to us so obviously the 1st floor thing was a lie. My allergies were awful all night, I could not sleep and I was miserable. Allergy people know too that vacuuming/cleaning the same day as the night you are going to stay only kicks up all the dander in the air and it takes a least a day to settle. So I’m assuming there was a dog in there and they cleaned it but I still could not breathe. Thankfully we were only there for one night. I will do more research in the future to ensure I never stay at a place that allows dogs but I also would have appreciated not being lied to right when we got in. Other than that the room was nice and big and mostly clean. The outside of the shower was kind of dirty looking, the caulking changing to a yellow color so that put me off a bit. The complimentary breakfast had nice options.
