Elevators were not working. Had to push the room door hard to open. Smelly rooms. Bad smell. Not clean Swimming pool was out of order filled with filth. Not a nice place to stay. Not recommended at all.

I didnt stay there. I was about to check in and another customer was checking out a day early and told me her night was horrible from dogs barking to her toilet not flushing. on top of that elevator wasnt working. so if u was on the third floor it was all baf

The room looked nothing like the pictures. The wall in the bathroom was falling in, the fridge and microwave were easily from the 90s, one set of stairs was taped off…. The lock on our door was broken and there was a pile of dirt behind the door.

No elevator or pool (I don’t think either will be open in the foreseeable future). Room had a bed with clean sheets and running water. Was by no means extravagant, but it was good for a budget hotel stay on Gameday! TV had basic cable that got sports networks. If you want room service, this isn’t the spot for you. If you need a place to stay that isn’t $600 for a night and is close to the stadium you’re going to have a great time. There is space for a blow up mattress as well.

There are just a lot of things that need to be done to catch this place up to par. The first room needs to be cleaned and really pressure washed before anyone else is allowed to go into it. The staff saw the issue and attempted to rectify the problem quickly. The only thing is that the room I was moved to had an infestation of roaches. I really have to be hesitant about what I choose or who I choose from here on out.

Put on 4th floor even though elevator didn’t work. Had to walk up 4 floors. Hard for a 77 year old person. Room air conditioner did have any control knobs to adjust temp. Had to unplug it from the wall because it was on full blast with cold air. TV remote didn’t work. This place is a dump. Will never stay again. The only thing good about it was the young black girl working check ins on Saturday at 12:30pm. She was great.

The worst room we've ever stayed in, was half painted with holes in the bathroom wall, smelled bad, tiny bed and broken toilet seat. Didn't go near the shower. Couldn't wait to get out of there, so left at 6:00 AM. Actually considered sleeping in the car, but had already paid for it before we saw it. It was a terrible room. Loyalty Inn should be embarrassed.
