The bathroom ceiling had a hole that was plugged with toilet paper and shower walls were moldy. The room smelled musky and hvac unit was very loud. The checkin clerk was very friendly and offered dining recommendations.

Nice, clean room. Property in overall good shape. Had to wait an inordinate amount of time to be greeted for check-in. No staff at lobby desk. Rang bell several times. Called office number, but went right to voice mail. Unusual to say the least. Key card quit working an hour after arrival. Couldn't find staff to reset it. Luckily my wife had a second key card that worked!

It was a clean room with a comfortable bed and pillows. The AC worked well, but it lacked any temperature adjustments; it was set on 68 degrees, and that was it. Location: Close to food options, not far from the university, and easy to access I-10.
