I booked it because it was convenient or so I thought. I the room was nasty. The floor was dirty. The sheets had stains in them. We didn’t even stay the second night. I booked a different hotel somewhere else. Didn’t feel safe. Just not worth the money. Don’t recommend.

It’s a nice place, especially for the price. It’s on the older side but looks clean. Convent location and the restaurant next door looks really good. I will definitely be booking this place again

Check in and check out were rapid. The room was very clean, everything was functional, including the Internet connection and charging options. The location may be remote for certain users, but it was extremely convenient for my work.

I’d like to start by saying that the staff was very nice. And being pet friendly is a bonus. The deposit was quite steep for the property condition. My room in particular was not ok. Though clean, it sure wasn’t comfortable in the least. The AC unit wouldn’t heat and it was freezing cold. The door wasn’t flush leaving a gap for the cold outside air to get in. The room was obviously smoked in and so much so that my eyes and throat burned all night. True it was NYE but seemingly there were only a handful of guests so the fact that all the occupied rooms were rented together and only one or two were occupied by partiers (on the second floor no less,) meant the rest of us couldn’t sleep. I’m a little peeved that when I brought the issues to the manager’s attention no compensation was offered. Being a local, (staying close by my parents house after my father’s passing,) you’d think they would want to make a better impression for our city’s hospitality.

Housekeeping never came during out three night trip! Had to call the front desk and he was nice enough to bring towels every night when we returned to the hotel. Showers weren't clean, and pillows were so small in a king size bed!
