Sink and shower not draining well. Dirty, unkept property. Bed and pillows terribly uncomfortable. Had to wear sooks, they were black and wet from the floor. Dont know where the moisture was coming from. Relitive to the price point, in comparison to other properties it was cheap. It should have been a red flag.

You get what you pay for

I'll give credit where credit is due. The front staff were very nice and helpful. That being said the room had not been properly maintained. The shower head was broken, half the receptacles didn't work, and there was graffiti on the mirrors. Had I not been on a budget I would have gone somewhere else

This place was filthy. It smelled, the floors were literally slimy, and we saw at least 3 live roaches while there. There was a stinky wet/damp/dank atmosphere to the point where we left our personal items and luggage in the car! We had no choice because it was an FSU Graduation prepay. We ended up buying our own towels and bedding as we were so grossed out by the rest of the room. We used their towels to walk on so we didn't have to touch the floor and they were full of dirt and dinge when we left. We left a night before our rez ended because we literally couldn't stand the thought of staying another night. The owners/management should be ashamed to even offer accomodations in this condition, and Expedia should not support this business. Took pix and will likely report to whomever governs hotels. Do not stay here unless you enjoy absolute filth. We did not bother to alert mgmt because it seemed to be their accepted norm, it was THAT filthy. Just ick, we should really demand a refund.

No repairs done in the past 5 years. Units need to be gutted and everything replaced. Carpers dirty. Room smelled nice, but overly sprayed fragrance.

After a warm and efficient welcome at the front desk, the experience quickly went downhill. Had I not prepaid, and chosen it based on reasonably decent reviews on Expedia, I'd have walked away. We were placed in the second building across the street from the office, and it was shockingly rundown and dirty. The steps leading to the second floor were rusty and appeared unsafe. The carpet was filthy and palpably sticky, the room smelled like wet dog, the smoke detector was dangling from the cracking ceiling, and the microwave exterior was badly damaged and therefore possibly unsafe for use. The bed was borderline OK, but the pillows were very large and bumpy--and unusable. Fortunately, I travel with my own pillows. That salvaged the night. On the plus side, the counters were clean and the bathroom was OK. I book in all kinds of rooms--from 4-star to 2-star, as a matter of course--and this was the worst one I'd ever been in. Expedia, which I generally trust, should reconsider listing this property and send someone out to review it.

This place is by far the most unhealthy motel to stay at not to mention that I was in a very abusive relationship and my ex came in and destroyed my room and they actually should’ve kicked me out then after he done that they were gonna kick me out, but they decided to suck up my funds because I was paid up until Monday, which they locked me out of my room for about 18 hours Because of what he did and I thought that it was because of what he did, but it was because of nonpayment and when I really paid paid and so what they did is they they can punish me for what something he did for being a victim, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone at all This is the most unhealthy is in the management is ghetto superstar is including the owners and who needs to stay off of tinder trying to get somebody to screw out off the website the hotel police
