The hotel was ok. Our bathroom door needs repair as it was really hard to close and the shower floor was stained so dingy-looking if that kind of thing bothers you. The hotel is non-smoking but there was a vague old cigarette smoke smell in room and halls, although I am pretty sensitive to smells. Breakfast was fine and the hotel is in a quiet, convenient location.

The night shift clerk was very nice. We had a very late arrival, and she was quite busy when we arrived. She had a smile on her face and greeted us warmly. The room was nice, but you could see the nail heads coming through the dry wall in the ceiling. Very nice shower and shower head. The breakfast was warm and a nice assortment. The day shift clerk was nothing like the night shift clerk. When I made a positive comment, he never smiled or say thank you. He could use a few smiling lessons from the night shift clerk

Check-in was a challenge - we booked a king "Family Suite" because the photos showed bunk beds and a king bed - perfect for a family with 2 kids. On arrival in the room, there was a king bed and a foldout couch, which only sleeps 3. The front desk stated "corporate is aware" of the inaccurate listing photos and said the bunk beds are only included if it is stated in the listing. The desk clerk said they did not have any bunk bed rooms available and that we could try to find another hotel. At 10pm, with 2 tired kids. We asked if we could switch to a room with 2 queens instead so we could get some rest, which the clerk did but refused to refund the price difference between a suite and a queen room. Once we were in the room, it was comfortable and clean; no complaints about the room except that it wasn't the suite we paid for. The breakfast was good although there wasn't a ton of selection. Morning staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient, although the layout seemed a little weird with the main entrance at the back of the hotel.

The parking in front was terrible when I arrived at 1230pm, even asked front desk, found parking behind the hotel with a back entrance that always had parking. The hot breakfast was poor quality food.

We stayed there 11/22 & 11/23 and really enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice with a very comfortable king bed, large screen TV, nice size bathroom with large glass enclosed shower. We will definately stay there next time. Great location! Only bad thing no one mentioned the $100 deposit at check in which will be refunded.
