The pool area tis my favorite thing about the hotel the way it's designed with such a peaceful vibe. So i booked a room finally sine it wasn't too far from where we were going to have a family gathering.

I get that they upgrading and under construction but we should have been warned of this when we book the room. The workers were all over the place, not super safe feeling for my young daughter with us, plus the end entrance was propped open. Everything was dirty because of the workers and the entire hotel was so humid and wet inside because they kept doors and windows open. Our room did not have a fan to get out any moisture from the shower and from the hotel our clothes were wet and towels would not even dry when laid out. To pay top dollar for this place is sad and we should be compensated for this, but on top of it I reserved this hotel for october 30th and November 28th. Unfortunately because it is for FSU games, it is too late to find a replacement hotel so when is this construction going to be complete?

Hello. It was not a good decision to stay at this hotel for many reasons. The hotel smelled, the room smelled, the carpet was filthy with bed brown spots all throughout the hallway, there was black mold on the bathroom ceiling that someone tried to cover up with paint, the so-called continental breakfast was eggs only. They still have not refunded me my deposit. Will never stay here again.
