The Pine- Gorgeous views of the Smoky Mountains

Brand new! The Pine. It has all the luxuries of a home. Amazing views of the Smokies from every window. Complete kitchen with large oven, microwave and fridge. Bar seating for 4. Large sectional couch for the family to see the game or enjoy the view. Private master has an electric fireplace with tilt up bed. Two easy to access lofts, one with a queen bed and the other with two twins. Large bathroom with shower and washer dryer. Half bath off the kitchen. Large deck, fire pit and hot tub.



The Space:

This tiny house is nestled on 22 wooded acres, which backs up to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. There are four tiny houses and a four-bedroom, four-bath cabin available to rent for larger groups and families. There is also a lovely community lake at the bottom of the driveway with access to the lake just down the street. Gold mine trail is a five min walk into the park. Look rock tower is 10 min drive with 360 degree views. 30 min drive to Maryville, Townsend, or the dragon.



Guest Access:

You will have access to everything that's around your tiny house, which includes:

- a large deck with a dining table

- Adirondack chairs

- a fire pit

- a private hot tub



Other Things to Note:

This is a beautiful area in one of the most biodiverse regions in the world. There is lots of wildlife, and you're likely to see animals while you're here, including bears. While we do a very good job of keeping the units clean, you may see bugs, including ladybugs, in the winter during your stay.
