Fantastic spot!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. The location is perfect, the golf course and pool amazing, all surrounded by lovely little bars and restaurants doted around. The port is a wonderful place as is the local beach. The house is well equipped and has the basics. It is also cosy. The Sun cokes round the back about 4pm for ideal evening dining outside. The owner and the property manager are both very helpful and great to deal with. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will return! X

Venues pour assister au VendĂ©e des Globes, nous avons profitĂ© de l’emplacement de cette mignonne maison pour faire un peu de tourisme. Laetitia, chargĂ©e de l’accueil, a Ă©tĂ© de trĂšs bon conseil et souple pour l’entrĂ©e et la sortie.

Schönes Ferienhaus in einer Ferienanlage

Das Haus liegt in einer grĂ¶ĂŸeren ruhigen Ferienanlage und ist umgeben von GolfplĂ€tzen und WasserflĂ€chen. Das GelĂ€nde ist weitlĂ€ufig. Ein Fahrrad ist von Vorteil. Es gibt zwei Pools (einer mit Rutschen), kleinere Restaurants und Bistros sowie die Möglichkeit Baguettes, Croissants etc. in der Anlage zu kaufen. Der Sandstrand ist ĂŒber Fahrradwege gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es gefallen, dass sich die Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage befinden. Zum Haus gehört eine Terasse, die nach hinten offen ist. Das ganze geht in eine grĂ¶ĂŸere GrĂŒnflĂ€che ĂŒber, die Kindern viel Bewegungsfreiraum bietet, natĂŒrlich unter BerĂŒcksichtigung dessen, dass es rechts und links Nachbarn gibt. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub.

TrÚs bon séjour!

TrÚs agréable séjour en famille. Annonce et photos fidÚles à la réalité, le propriétaire a rapidement répondu à nos questions. Le port, la plage et les commerces sont accessibles en vélo. Le logement est bien équipé, calme, proche de la piscine. La terrasse et la pelouse sont super pour les enfants.

Super séjour !

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. La piscine du bocage est parfaite car il y a moins de monde et des parasols Ă  dispo. Pour la grande piscine, il faut y aller Ă  l'ouverture maximum 2h, aprĂšs cela devient la folie et pas de parasol. Le resto du green house est trĂšs sympa (mĂȘme avec des enfants). Super visite au chĂąteau des aventuriers. La plage est un peu loin, un peu moins pratique avec des enfants mais trĂšs belle. La maison est fonctionnelle, la dĂ©co date un peu et les lumiĂšres sont un peu tristes le soir dans la piĂšce de vie. La literie est top. Rien a redire sur l'Ă©quipement, l'essentiel est lĂ . Petit plus pour nous en cette annĂ©e trĂšs ensoleillĂ©e, l'expo de la maison au nord. La maison reste fraiche, pas de soleil en journĂ©e (parfait avec de jeunes enfants) et soleil Ă  partir de 17h, parfait pour l'apĂ©ro au soleil ! Emplacement agrĂ©able, pas loin de la piscine mais pas non plus juste devant, cela est donc calme. Nous reviendrons !

Formidable séjour!

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour! La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs agrĂ©able et jolie avec toutes ces petites maisons individuelles. La maison est super bien agencĂ©e et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, si bien qu‘elle parait plus spacieuse qu‘elle n‘est en rĂ©alitĂ©. On a aussi beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© de trouver sur place mouchoirs, produit vaisselle et Ă©pices ainsi qu’une petite surprise de bienvenue! La dĂ©co est simple mais jolie. La vue sur le golf et la grande pelouse devant la maison sont superbes pour se relaxer. L‘endroit est trĂšs calme et reposant. La petite piscine est trĂšs proche et agrĂ©able (mais la baignade n‘est pas surveillĂ©e). L‘accĂšs Ă  la grande piscine avec ses toboggans et nombreux bassins est super, mais un peu loin Ă  pieds. Les distances vers la grande piscine, le port, quelques restos et commerces sont idĂ©ales Ă  faire en vĂ©lo. Un peu loin si l‘on est Ă  pied (mais faisable). Ly a rĂ©pondu Ă  nos questions en temps record et l‘accueil sur place Ă©tait super. Merci pour toutes vos attentions! Seul point Ă  prĂ©ciser: La maison n‘est pas la bleue que l‘on voit sur les photos mais une blanche similaire dans la rĂ©sidence. Mais cela ne gĂšne en rien. Merci encore et Ă  bientot!
