Nestled within a secure gated community, imagine this luxury home just a three-minute drive from both downtown and the beach, so location-wise, it's a winner. As soon as you step inside, you're hit with all this natural light, and yeah, it's fully air-conditioned – no sweat, literally. The kitchen's decked out and there's this big dining table for all the feasting you can handle. Then, the living room's the spot for kicking back – smart TV included for those lazy days. Now, the best part? Slide open those doors and boom! There's this massive covered terrace that overlooks an infinity pool with a killer view of the valley. I'm talking serious relaxation vibes. When it comes to sleeping, they've split things up. One side's got this dreamy master bedroom with a huge dressing room and a bathroom that's basically a mini spa – shower, tub, the whole deal. On the flip side, there are six more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom equipped with sleek Italian showers and toilets.

Villa Lux is currently a 4 bedroom house but will be remodeled in September and October 2024 to be a 7 bedroom house starting on November 1st, 2024.
