Casa Alegria - Hotel Finca Toltec

Casa Alegria, or Joy is the upstairs apartment in the back building in Finca Toltec Resort.
The stairs lead into a charming balcony with its own patio set.
Inside is a lovely living space, large kitchenette with a decent sized bar fridge and very well equipped for any cooking needs.
There are 2 full size bedrooms with AC in each and as it`s not a large space, the living room cools down quickly with the bedroom doors open. Lots of ample storage in closets and very well decorated. Also has a TV for your use. This unit is perfect for 2 friends travelling together or up to 4 people max. The couch is a sofa bed as well.
This unit shares the BBQ and first outdoor shower. As well for your safety is an ADT security system with a key fob and keypad at the entrance. The pool is not included in this unit.
Whichever unit, or home you choose to rent, be assured you will have your own key chain with security fob attached as well as the main, electric gate fob at entrance of the property. Furthermore, all units have a safe in the home for your added security and peace of mind. Costa Rica is a safe place, however theft is a concern anywhere in the world and precautions such as leaving valuables out of sight at all times, using the bars provided for the sliding windows and doors and leaving outside lights on and engaging security system , are all very prudent ways to make safety a top priority.
