This beautiful Spanish Style Beach Villa is decorated with surf art and unique Costa Rican décor. It has an open floor plan, with the downstairs living space opening to the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and hardwood cabinets. The entire back wall has beautiful French doors with amazing natural light, that open to the ground floor covered terrace.

Hacienda Pinilla is an exclusive Beach and Golf Resort boasting 4,500 acres of ranch property, located about 20 minutes away from the vibrant beach town of Tamarindo. It offers 3 miles of pristine, turquoise water, white sanded beaches, a Beach Club with both Wellness and Fitness center, equestrian center, hiking and biking trails, tennis courts, Mike Young's 18-hole Championship Golf Course, and so much more.
Within Hacienda Pinilla we find Palma Real, a 58 unit gated community just a short walk to both Mansita and Bonita beach. The community offers resort style swimming pools, beach paths, and a Club House with fitness center. Great location and very nice home

Very nice and modern home. Very communicative host. Cleaner came twice during our stay, which was great. Near one of the community pools. Minor issues with downstairs shower not fully running and hard springs in upstairs bed, but overall great property that we would return to.

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful Location

This is a wonderful home that offers everything you need for a stay along the coast. A short walk along a pathway takes you to the JW Marriott if you want to catch a meal or sunset drink. This trail also takes you straight to the beach where you can walk over to the beach club and spend the day poolside with beach access ($35/pp for the day). Viktor and his team are fantastic - quick responses on all questions about the property and general location. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is more than enough space to spread out and enjoy some solitude. We saw Howler Monkeys on the property and many birds. I would recommend a car as the location is far from stores if you are looking to cook at home or explore the area. If you just want to walk to the beach each day, we would have been fine with a taxi to and from the airport. The Marriott is the pick up point for many tours that you can join - again, less than a 5 minute walk. Thanks to Viktor and his team for such a wonderful stay!
