Great property but experience could be improved
We had a nice stay for 10 days at this property. We were a little disappointed in a few things however. There was limited toilet paper, trash bags, clothes washing soap and no paper towels or shampoo/ hand soap. These are things that were listed in the property description. When we asked she was short with us and hesitant to bring (only brought a few rolls of toilet paper and a few trash bags). There was also very loud construction all week which started at 7 am. Not something you want on a vacation. The property manager also accused us of throwing parties multiple times. We did not throw any parties and this was disappointing as she was very rude about it. It’s also important to note that the 3rd bedroom is not a true bedroom- more of a closet with no AC, closet or even a real ceiling with a queen bed not a king as described. The Wifi also only worked downstairs and she did send over a worker to fix that which was great. Overall this apartment was nice with a very nice kitchen and great location. We wish we had been treated a little better by the host, felt respected by her, and she was a little more accommodating to us.
