Met Expectations for the Price
Place was quaint and just the right size for a quick trip to Busch Gardens. Unfortunately, the beds did not appear to be clean as the sheets and pillows had hair and stains. The kitchen counter was also not clean and the refrigerator made noise. Furniture downstairs was very dated and couch was uncomfortable. Mattress in master bedroom had no support. Price was right so met most expectations.

Very Deceiving and cheap
We at the last minute were trying to get our instructions to get in. The furniture was very cheap plastic and couch hard and cheap with no other lounge chairs, just an uncomfortable Hanging chair. No outside patio chairs. Kitchen lacked most things, only 4 settings, two plates were cracked. No dish towels, mixing bowls, no blankets, the second bathroom shower didn’t work. The manager did end up buying some things but they were dollar store purchases very cheap. The shower though promised was never fixed and from the age of it, we are wondering if the excuse that the host was not responsible for maintenance has likely been used before. The whole house was woefully understocked and cheaply furnished. We do not recommend this home. Very dissatisfied!

While the property was great, we loved the location and it was easy to use the property could use a little upkeep. My wife and I are simple and did not really care but others coming to stay may leave a rather large complaint about the houses condition.

Visiting my daughter at USF for her birthday
We ( including my husband who couldn't make this trip) stayed here late Aug to move our daughter into an on campus apt at USF. The rental is a 2-2, clean, comfortable beds, enough dishes for 4. Washer& Dryer w starter pods. My only issues are no dish towels though I mentioned it the 1st time we stayed and that other residents apparently don't know how to throw their trash into the 2 huge garbage dumpters on the property that I saw. Seeing garbage on the ground in front of a dumster reminded me of my son's 1st apt where young people were too lazy to make an effort. Otherwise apt is very convenient to USF, I275, Busch Gardens & other great places. Uber eats does deliver there from local restaurants
