We are 30 minutes from the beach, just over an hour from Disney and 15 minutes from the Tampa International Airport. 4 Bedrooms with ample room, kitchen, living room, and pool. As well as access to across the street lake for fishing and fun:)

The stay was so good. The house was very clean and had everything you would need, from sheets, towels, spices, pots/pans, plates, etc. The beds were very comfortable, the TVs all worked, and all appliances worked. I had rented the house to stay after having surgery in Tampa on Friday morning. When I got home, I went right to bed. It was very quiet, cool and comfortable. Can’t say enough about how comfortable the home was.

Eric was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. He even upgraded us to a neighboring propery while the 1 we originally booked was in the process of being remodeled.Eric was quick to respond, very friendly, and the check in/checkout process was efficient.

Overall Good stay

Eric was very accommodating and nice. Check in and check out was easy. The property overall was good. We did find one of the linens to be dirty. We weren’t also aware there were two or three trailers in the back by the pool area where owner was his warehouse/business equipment. We didn’t mind and we still had our privacy. Overall our stay was comfortably and worth the price.

Everything as advertised. The host went out of his way to make sure everything worked out even helping me with a tire puncture that happened on the drive down.
