I’ve never seen three King sized beds in a property before. What a luxury for everyone to have a King! It was really a perfect place at a good price. Bright, very clean, cool back yard with heated pool (amazing, given how pricey that is.) I loved the couch but my companions were older and had some difficulty getting in and out - it’s low, soft, and cushy. The a/c didn’t get to the master bedroom very well, but the overhead fan helped. Appreciated that the front door locking system actually worked with no hassle. Sometimes it’s these little things that can drive you nuts. But this property clearly had excellent management. If we go back to Tampa for a Bern’s visit, we’ll certainly stay again.

Clean and convenient but overpriced
Inside the property is very nice and the property manager was attentive and quick to respond to our early check in and late check out requests, as well as a few questions. There’s a good pizza place a block away. The 2 negatives are 1) the back yard is not the tropical paradise advertised…it is not green and lush but brown and badly in need of sprucing up and 2) the neighborhood is sketchy, some nice homes but also some neglected properties
