2nd bedroom has queen bed with views of water and backyard, bathroom with shower shared with 3rd bedroom occupants

3rd bedroom has queen bed and view of back patio, half bath nearby.

Living room has TV with Firestick, Free WIFI (Fios).

Backyard is fenced in with patio deck, playset, gardens (flower and vegetable)

Pet door from the laundry room in the house to the screened-in porch, and another pet door from the screened porch to the caged-in area, so the pet can use the bathroom at night without worrying about wildlife.
