We got a room towards the back of the building, it felt extremely unsafe. The worst part it was infested with cockroaches. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was genuinely terrified please please go somewhere else.

Our door was obviously kicked in it didn’t close fully on the bottom to the point I could see outside constantly…the shower had almost zero pressure and there was no plug cover on the plug in tha my 2 year old kept trying to touch so I had to slide the nightstand in front of it….i asked for another blanket because the room was freezing and they told me they didn’t have any…will NOT stay there again or recommend it….

The property is dilapidated. The desk staff were not welcoming (She seemed to be annoyed to stop what she was doing to check me in.) In room entertainment is difficult to use (hard to use the on screen guide to find programming). They need a good cable service provider. Lastly the water pressure was extremely low; making showering difficult.
