My room was nicely renovated and comfortable. However, there was a noticeable dank odor when the AC was not running. Please clean/wipe-down/mop the elevator walls to remove soda/coffee/beverage spills as that’s an easy, simple fix. Thank you!

I found roaches in my room and there was a huge cockroach in the lobby that was just hanging out on the floor while there was staff around

The carpet in the lobby was very dirty stains everywhere they should put in flooring for better cleaning & 2 roaches came out of the tv in the room called & left message for manager no one called me back room could have used an upgrade
