Huge Disappointment

I am very disappointed with the customer service of Palihouse and Hotels.com, because I missed their check in window, they cancelled my reservation, charged me a late fee and charged me for my stay. When Hotels.com called Palihouse, they refused to hold my reservation leaving me with no where to stay in Tampa once my flight finally landed. I expected more from a hospitality service that boasts luxury, Hotels.com also did not let me know my reservation was cancelled. It was a huge blunder. As a regular travel for business, I was giving the Palihouse Hyde Park an opportunity for repeat business and unfortunately they were a great disappointment. I will continue supporting other luxury brands over them.

Wonderful

What a wonderful place! Rooms are very relaxing and well appointed. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. The location is excellent as well, and I had no trouble with parking even though this is a busy area. Palihouse will be my go-to for any future visits to Tampa.

This hotel is lovely. The room very nice and comfortable. The next time I would use Valet parking. Otherwise you park across the street for free in a ramp garage. Would definitely stay there again.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the pillow was too large. Slept horribly. Also for New Year’s Eve, the bar closed at 3pm! Bartender was not very friendly, but all the other staff was amazing
