The kitchen could use some updating . The outside area around the pool needs a little cleanup and manicure.The pool itself needs some work . The location was great for us . I would still rent in the future . We are 4 guys golfing and the evening watching the 135 inch screen was fun.

Nice house

I had family come in from out of town. We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, lots of extra touches that made it feel like home. The pool was clean and well maintained

Pool was losing water and had tape holding it together in several places. Pool ladder was broken. Outside lounge chair was broken causing my son to fall backwards, head first onto the ground. Screens on the porch were broken. Bathroom and dishes were dirty upon arrival. Hair and a used razor in the tub. Dishwasher detergent was so old that it didn’t work and we had to purchase our own. Not enough toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc provided for 1 week stay for 10 people.

FANTASTIC!!!

We ALL had an AMAZING time. We had so much FUN with all the games and movie room!!! It was a GREAT place to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The house had plenty of cooking and serving dishes for our entire family. We will definitely stay here again!!! My son left his school backpack behind and the host let us know and made arrangements for us to get it backshe saved the day!!!!!

Absolutely great place to stay!

I have stage 4 cancer and wanted a trip with my family before I can’t travel anymore. This place was absolutely perfect. My husband and I had a room, my son with his fiancée and baby had another room, my brother in law and his daughter had one room , my step daughter and niece had another room and my daughter and her daughter stayed in the theater room. There was so much space, nice clean kitchen, plenty of areas to hang out either in the game room, the sun porch, the pool area, the dining area or your accomadaing room. Each room had its own tv, comfortable. We went to Disney, the beaches on the gulf side, stayed at the house and enjoyed the pool and grilled out with the provided grill. With all the trips to the beach it sure was nice to have the washer and dryer there. It was easy to communicate with property management. I just know this home added so much to the memories that were made with my family! Thanks so much!!

We did a weekend trip with my three brothers and 19 year old nephew for a mini golf tournament we hold a few times a year. It’s an older neighborhood and house but in our opinion, the focus of the upgrades to house were right on. We love to compete against each other in anything and love sports which made the Cumberland a perfect place for us to stay. We had so much fun playing the retro video games and had multiple battles at pool and ping pong. We forgot to set the “fireplace” on till last night so don’t forget that. Next on the entertaining aspects of Cumberland – They have a karaoke machine that we used to talk smack with while trying to make people miss their pool shots. Cool porch area to hang out in and they have a little putting green you can practice on. We had a nice cold front hit so pool was too cold to use even though one of my brothers jumped in on a dare… GIANT wall screen for living room TV screen. This was so awesome for watching football I can’t even... I’m sure it’s equally great for watching movies. Nice big table near kitchen that we used for our nighttime Poker games. We cooked/grilled most nights at house. Interesting use of closets. You can see how the house can be used for hybrid work or virtual school use cases. In closing, if you are into Mexican food then you are in luck. Tacoson’s is less than a mile away and AWESOME!
