There are a lot of false statements in your description. No gaming/work desk with dual monitors. Full beds instead of queen. Cheap sheets, not lush. No room-darkening shades and no window (bedroom). No instructions as to hot water. "Kitchenette" (not a full kitchen) is crammed into bedroom with a full-sized washer, dryer and fridge. Tiny microwave, tiny coffee maker and a snackster (not a toaster). Exposed pipes, roaches and equipment plugged into a power strip plugged into another power strip, wires dangling. One light switch for the entire place which turns off the light by the front door; the bathroom and bedroom are on the other side. No dining table - just a counter with bar stools. leftover art from studio days just propped against walls or half-hanging on wall. Dinnerware is dollar-store quality, some plastic. No dish soap. All other soaps, shampoos, etc are used bottles. You shouldn't be operating this as a vrbo until you update things and pass code.

Cool & artsy space

Really enjoyed or stay in this artsy studio space. The perfect spot for my eccentric group of friends. The host was very easy to communicate with, and getting around to local eats, attractions, and events was a breeze!

Terrible stay

There was only one light switch for all the lights for every room. The bathroom floor was coming up in places and the tankless water heater never heated the water. There was no hot water and they had Daisy chained extension cords for the options in the kitchen. It was a fire trap.

My experience at Sunlit Escape

This property might be fine for a group of teens or college kids. My issues were as follows: no light switches in the rooms, loose flooring in the bathroom caused me to fall, no place to hang clothes or put them away, musty towels, no covering over any windows including the shower, hot water lasts 1 minute (this tells that me nothing in the place was sanitized), remotes did not work, lots of exposed wiring, no side tables beside the bed so even if I had a flashlight there was nowhere to put it, dirty shower soap bottles used by everyone, empty pop bottles under the bed amongst the dirt, refrigerator beside the bed sounds like a semi truck running. There's more but it was not a good experience, for me. I left after one night.
