Clean, new and private sanctuary in historic Tampa Heights. Central Air, Strong Wi-fi and Washer/Dryer. This suite has flexible self check in, equipped with TV, Full Kitchen, Coffee Maker, Hair Dryer and Complimentary Coffee.

Walking distance to Armature Works, Tampa Riverwalk and Ybor City. 3 min drive to I-275 and I-4. 10 min drive to Tampa airport, downtown Tampa, Amalie Arena, Busch Gardens. 15 min to Raymond James Stadium, Florida Amphitheater, 35 min to nations best beaches.

The Space:
From the moment you enter the residence you will love the OPEN FLOOR PLAN, oversized kitchen with breakfast bar and comfortable sofa which doubles as a bed. Very high ceilings throughout the entire space to give a open and inviting look and feel. In the kitchen you will find stainless steel stove and retro, stylish fridge as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Guest Access:
There is parking directly at the property and street parking is also available. The neighborhood and parking lot is well lit and quiet.

I stayed at the loft for UofTampa move in. It was perfect for me and my daughter. Very comfortable, quiet, and extremely clean. Less than 10 min drive to campus which was perfect. 3 mins to one of our favs, Armature Works and 15 mins to all the stores we needed. Lisa, the host was so responsive. I couldn’t beliwve how quickly she responded when I had a couple of questions.Easy parking in building lot.

Great stay in Tampa

Perfect spot, close to everything by car -Well located if you are in town for something else than a vacation at the beach. If in town for the Bay, restaurants, Straz Performing Art Centres, Museum etc it is perfect! Grocery store near by. Wifi so I could work all week remotely. Very easy to communicate with host. I recommend it.

Nice location

Very nice and quiet location, unit was good sized and easy to get to other things in town. We had 3 people so we used the pull out sofa bed and everyone was comfortable
