Comfortable Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The primary bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, and private en-suite bathroom stocked with essentials. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a spacious walk-in closet. The third room is currently set up as a home office for remote work and will convert in April to a bunk room with two full-size bunks and a desk combination. A second full bathroom is centrally located and fully stocked for guest use.

Living & Indoor Spaces

The home offers a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, appliances, and dining essentials, along with a spacious living room and dining area perfect for relaxing, gathering, or entertaining. The home includes multiple streaming-ready smart TVs where guests may log into their own accounts. Live TV is not provided.

Private Backyard & Outdoor Fun

Step outside to a fully fenced, pet-friendly backyard designed for relaxation and fun. Guests have access to a private outdoor game patio, fire pit, and lounge space that’s perfect for evening hangouts or daytime play.

The backyard also features a private multi-sport court used for pickleball and other games for an additional fee. Complimentary backyard games are available for on-site use, including giant Jenga, cornhole, giant tic-tac-toe and checkers, ring toss, bottle bash, giant pong, foam and magnetic axe throwing, lawn darts, and limbo.

Hot Tub Experience

The backyard features a private inflatable hot tub that’s refreshed and sanitized between stays. It generally takes about 12 to 24 hours to warm up to a comfortable soaking temperature and may take longer during cooler days or evenings. Keeping the cover on when not in use helps maintain heat and overall water temperature.

Optional Rentals & Add-Ons

Bike rentals are available for a flat rate per stay, with one or two bike options. Signed rental and liability agreements are required, and bikes must be returned clean and in good condition. Off-property use requires approval.

For guests looking to fully enjoy the sports court, an all-inclusive sports and court equipment package is available for a flat per-stay fee. This includes equipment for pickleball, volleyball, badminton, tennis practice, soccer, basketball, and more, along with the multi-use net system and ground poles. A court pre-setup service is available upon request for guests who want everything ready upon arrival.

Off-Property Use

With advance approval, signed agreements, and applicable transport fees, select items may be taken to nearby parks or beaches. Unauthorized off-site use may result in penalty fees.

Spicola Family Pool at Fort DeSoto Park is a nearby public facility operated by the City of Tampa and requires an entry fee. Hours and seasonal availability vary. Several parks within walking distance offer open fields, basketball courts, playgrounds, and open space for kids and adults alike. Additional pickleball courts are located at Cuscaden Park, a short drive away.
