Liked: Right off I-75. Room was spacious. Liked the fact there was no carpeting inside the room. Disliked: The ac Never cooled the unit. Although set at 60°, we were lucky if it was 78. The hallway leading up to the room was disgusting. I have stayed in beach side hotels that maintained theirs better. There was food stuff in one of the cupboards from the previous tenant.

Waited 25 minutes at the front desk - no staff member to check me in- once she finally arrived, no apology Did not thank me for my patience! Not hospitable at all I checked into a first floor room that smelled so badly of cigarettes and musty air. I would have checked out but it was now 10:00 pm and I was tired. Had to sleep with my tShirt on my face because of the smell. TV didn’t work - it was awful . Never will I go back

It was so bad we couldn’t even stay there. We just left and returned to Kissimmee and cancelled our plans for Tampa for Sunday. The furniture especially the bed was so outdated it was disgusting.

Nasty hotel. Dirty, trash left in hallway 2 days (had to tell front desk). Ants and bugs in room (bathroom). No front desk service to get fresh towels. Smelled bad. Never staying in another Extended Stay again. Not worth the savings.
