The hotel room was huge and spacious. It was also clean. Parking was easy - either right outside the building or in the basement area. It’s located right next to the beach. It was also like less than ten minutes from the airport. Good wifi connection and the staff at front desk was great! Would stay here again!

Mostly good but could use some improvements

When we arrived they didn't have the room we had booked. They "upgraded" us to a different type of suite, but it didn't have the king size bed that we really wanted, instead it had two queens. It was disappointing. The maintenance work in the room looked like it was done by someone who doesn't know what they are doing. For the most part housekeeping did a good job except when they took our towels and didn't give us any new ones. The beds are hard as rocks, so if you like that you will be happy, but we are used to softer beds so sleep was often a struggle during our week and a half stay. Only two of the three elevators were working during our stay. We had a fire alarm go off one night and found that not all exits from the building lead to escape routes which is concerning. That all being said, the location is amazing, and I would stay again.

Solid place. Recommend going here if on a budget. Don’t go to the Royal Orchid. Customer service sub par, rooms smell like smoke and mold.

This hotel was beautiful 2 decades ago. But lack of maintenance has left it very run down. Price was economical but I had no hot water and staff just shrugged and said they know, it’s an old hotel. Same problem in entire hotel. Balcony door won’t lock, unsafe. Room musty smelling even with the dehumidifier running. Sign on hotel blew away in typhoon 2 years ago. Sad. You’ve been warned.

asked for late check out when i checked in and was told 1pm but i was called in my room to be reminded check out was at 12 noon at 1210pm i told the person i was told 1pm got the late check out i was requested. Don't the staff communicate through notes in their systems?

Great choice in Tumon

Always a joy to stay here while visiting. Staff are very friendly and rooms always comfortable. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Snorkelling right outside the hotel was a lot of fun, even seen a sea turtle!
