Our stay started well with a lovely friendly person at reception. However, went down hill from there. The air conditioner vent was broken so only blew cold air directly down on to the bed below and couldn't be redirected. The blanket on the bed had stains on it. The room was clean enough. On the second day we were out from 7am to 1.30pm and then went out again at 5pm. The room hadn't been done when we got back at 1.30pm which was fine with us as we didn't put the Please Make Up Our Room Sign on the door. There was no need to have it done as we were leaving early the next morning and were perfectly happy to reuse the towels. When we arrived back to the motel that evening at 9.30pm, our door which we had definitely left locked, was open about 2 feet. Upon entering we found the towels and bin liner had been replaced but the bed had not been made up. Upon leaving the staff had left the door wide open which made us feel very uncomfortable. Would not recommend this property.

The person at reception was helpful and attentive. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The aircon was old and rather noisy but it worked and kept us warm through a cold night. It clearly needs upgrading. Despite this, we had a very comfortable stay and definitely recommend this motel.
