The hotel is on top of a shopping complex which is convenient but can make it hard to find. Didn’t particularly enjoy my stay. The hotel doesn’t feel like a 4 star. Pros: Spacious rooms Walking distance to bus terminal Shops and laundromat below Good breakfast Cons: WiFi was really bad unless in the hotel reception Room was very mouldy Shower area wasn’t clean Floor of room had marks on it Room spelt very musty (opened all windows and had fan on and opened door and the smell remained for the whole stay) General lobby toilets very unclean

Good hotel in a central location

Comfortable, large room with everything in good working condition. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to the main street restaurants as well as the bus terminal.

Feel like we got catfished by this hotel.

Was a mistake with the room key on check in which was a bit of a faff going back and forwards to sort. The room was not really very clean, the bathroom door was filthy and it was just kinda grimy. We had the deluxe studio with 2 bathrooms, 1 of the showers was broken with water only coming out half the shower head. 1 of the kitchen cupboards was also broken. It is very noisy, banging all night. No blackout curtains and they barely closed together to cover the windows with a lot of artificial light outside making it extremely light in the room even at night. No ceiling fan or AC in the main bedroom either. This coupled with all the light in the room that we couldn’t block out made it very difficult for us to sleep. Definitely not our favourite hotel of the trip.

Property was ok. Booked for three nights. We had a medical emergency on day two of our stay and had to depart early the next morning to take a bus to the nearest ER hospital in Kuala Lumpur. Called Expedia to see if we could cancel the last night of our booking for a credit, but this hotel would not allow it. We lost the last night of our booking, but we did make it to the hospital for treatment. Hopefully, you won't have an emergency like we did, but if you do, be aware that this hotel will not be understanding and let you amend your booking.

Great location! Especially convenient with many food choices below the hotel. There’s also a ‘hawker’ centre and Pasar Malam near the hotel.
