Gute einfach ausgestattete Unterkunft.
Der Aufenthalt war ok. Soweit war alles in Ordnung. Nur das der Herd und der Backofen defekt und die Rauchmelder angeschraubt sind, ist nicht in Ordnung.

Bei der Ankunft wusste wir auch , warum keine Fotos von aussen im Inserat zu sehen sind , die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus das überwiegend gefühlt von Monteure bewohnt wird, die auch gerne mal die ganze Nacht draußen feiern. Im Aussenbereich steht ein Grill zu Verfügung der aber noch nie eine Bürste gesehen hat und dem ganzen Bewohner zu Verfügung steht. Es gibt zwar einen Tisch und Stühle für Draußen, diese waren aber voll mit Vogelkot. Für Kinder gibt es keine Spielmöglichkeiten da die Außenanlage nur aus ungepfegtem Rasen bestand und einer mit Unkraut bewucherten Sandkuhle . Die ganze Umgebung ist nicht gerade sehr einladend und auch keine Feriengegend. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung selber war sehr gut und es war auch einigermaßen sauber. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung für Monteure bestimmt gut geeignet, aber nicht für einen Urlaub mit der Familie

FeWo gut geeignet für viele Personen
Die Wohnung hat viele geräumige Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Die Wohnung ansich war sehr sauber, leider war der Großteil des Geschirrs schmutzig von Vormietern. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Wohnblocks und man hat eine großzügige Sitzgelegenheit mit Grill zur Verfügung. Es sind mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Für Unternehmungen sollte man mobil sein.

Bequeme und große Wohnung.
Sehr gute Lage. Ein Supermarkt ist fast direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung hat einen privaten Parkplatz und separaten Eingang. Sehr schlicht eingerichtet. Bei der Sauberkeit ein Punkt Abzug wegen schmutziges Geschirr, sonst war alles Perfekt. Smart TV in jedem Zimmer. Die Heizung funktioniert sehr gut.

Das Objekt liegt in einen Wohngebiet. Parkplätze und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.
Die Ferienwohnung hat eine komplette Ausstattung. Die Räume sind wahrscheinlich von Personen längere Zeit bewohnt gewesen, welche sich nicht an die Normen von Mietern gehalten haben. Wir konnten den Geruch von Desinfektionsmitteln trotz Lüften nicht beseitigen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Die Vermieterin hat sich persönlich vorgestellt und Unstimmigkeiten sofort zu unserer Zufriedenheit abgestellt.
