Casa Barbici is a fantastic Istrian getaway in Porec area. With two bedrooms and enough space for four people, it's cozy yet spacious at 108 m². The view of the swimming pool adds to its allure. Its location, with close proximity to various amenities and attractions, makes it even more appealing. Situated in a family-friendly neighborhood within a beautiful rural area near Porec it offers a serene setting. The beach is only 6 away, situated in Porec.

The are athat is rented occupies the upper part of the whole house which consists of a kitchen,living and dining area, two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. Both bedrooms and living/kitchen area are airconditioned. Each bedrooms has a TV, and A/C.The terrace at the front of the house is perfect to enjoy al freco dinners.

Outside, there is a garden that features a swimming pool and covered BBQ area with large stone table. The garden and the pool is completely private with the access only from Casa Barbici entrance.Two parking places are available in the gaden. The garden is fully fenced.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Casa Barbići, haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach top – super sauber, sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Details gelegt wird.Auch die Lage hat uns richtig gut gefallen – ruhig, aber trotzdem ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden.Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an die Vermieter. Sie sind unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit und haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen konnten.Wir können das Casa Barbići von Herzen weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt – wir haben jede Minute genossen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten anfangs Probleme, die Klimaanlage zu verstehen und wussten gleich, wohin wir uns wenden können. Innerhalb einer Stunde war der Besitzer des Hauses da und hat uns alles gezeigt. Das Haus ist sauber und wirklich aehr geräumig. Es gibt in der Küche keinen Backofen, das sollte man wissen, um den Einkauf entsprechend zu planen, auch Gewürze, spültabs, fit war nicht da, wie man es aus manchen anderen Ferienwohnungen kennt. Also einpacken! :) Dafür ist der Außenbereich mit Grill der Hammer. Der und der Pool sowie Hof mit Parkplatz sind zu Alleinnutzung da, die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Strand mit Auto 15min entfernt. Einfach wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke!

Perfektes Objekt in guter Lage

Hier hat wirklich viel gepasst: Schön eingerichtete Zimmer, gute Ausstattung, kompaktes aber sehr effizient genutztes Grundstück mit schönem Pool und super Grillecke, kurze Wege nach Porec (mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten), jede Menge Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren Mitte-Ende-Mai hier (drei Erwachsene) und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
