It features a bedroom with a double bed. Additional sleeping space is provided by a combined living and sleeping area with a pull-out sofa bed. The well-equipped kitchen features a stove, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. The balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, is perfect for relaxing while the children play on the playground. A satellite TV is available. Travel time from the Croatian border is approximately 40 minutes. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.<br>ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged. <br>BEACH<br>After a short walk through the pine forests, you’ll find yourself right on the beautiful rocky and pebble beach with deep-blue water. The shade provided by the holm oaks and the paved path to the beach offer ideal conditions for families with strollers. Umbrellas and lounge chairs can be rented on the beach. The clean water, which has been awarded the Blue Flag by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE), is perfect for diving or snorkelling. You also have the option to rent pedal boats, canoes, paddleboats, or sailboats and enjoy a leisurely ride across the clear water. For a bit more excitement, try banana boat rides or the speedboat with a parasail. A mooring for your own boat is available upon request. Other highlights include changing rooms, showers, beach volleyball, and the children’s playground.
