Offers amazing Island and harbour views and is perfectly situated close to Lammermoor beach for a beach walk and a refreshing swim. This coastal cottage still retains some original features which add to the retro charm and appeal. The two bedrooms are large and bedroom 1 has the added bonus of stunning ocean views and a built in robe. Second bedroom has bunk beds with fan. The sun room is perfect to sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee and watch the kaleidoscope of colours of sunrise. Polished timber flooring in all rooms add to the bright and airy feel of this home.
Downstairs is fully concreted with a laundry, tandem lockup garage. Rear garden is fully fenced.
Within walking distance to Lammermoor beach via the Native Gardens or via Ganter street, nearby is the Capricorn Tavern for an evening meal and a drink. Walking tracks almost on your doorstep that stretch along the Capricorn coastline. What’s not to love!

Week at the coast
This property was a perfect location for us, surprisingly very peaceful given the proximity to scenic highway, had everything we needed for a weeklong stay, would definitely stay heat again!!

Cute dirty cottage
1st appearance neat and tidy, however apart from main bedroom generally grubby. Potentiai views front and rear through dirty window frames, glass and fly screens. Nice renovated bathroom let down by stained toilet, dirty screens and shower spray bracket fitted upside down. Unlit stair access at night very risky. Host offer to pass coments on to the cleaner totally inadequate. Very unhappy and needs major

Lovely clean house with a backyard for kids. Back veranda was great for meals. Close to beach with a coffee cart. And quick response to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

House was lovely and clean, the aircon wasn’t easy to turn on, the glass sliding door is extremely hard to open, not much information and no phone number contact details for arrival etc but fantastic location and beautiful house, would definitely stay again
