Villa Alta Vista is an impressive Andalusian style home perched on a hill and offers absolutely stunning views out to the Atlantic, yet only a short walk down to the 12 kilometres of white, pristine, sandy beaches of Zahara de los Atunes. This gorgeous home is fully equipped with air conditioning and central heating for year round use and is spread across three floors to provide guests plenty of space. Perhaps most enticing is the stunning pool area complete with an extra large luxury jacuzzi and heated pool overlooking the sea that comfortably accommodates 12 adults. Both the pool and jacuzzi have magnificent sea views and enjoy incredible sunsets. There is also a game room complete with foosball, air hockey and darts, as well as a fabulous outdoor table tennis area. Magnificent entertainment for everyone! The gardens have various fruit trees and the gated parking area easily accommodates 3-4 cars.

Villa Alta Vista contains 5 spacious double bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests, 4 modern bathrooms with thermostatic showers (two of which are en-suite), and 1 guest toilet. It also has 2 fully equipped kitchens with Nespresso machines, 3 large terraces overlooking the sea and pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis facilities, BBQ, lounge chairs and plenty of outdoor seating for the entire group.

Fully equipped and modern, it is fitted with WIFI and high speed internet throughout the house and also has satellite TVs with international programming in each bedroom and the living room. Bath towels, bed linens and hair dryers are provided for guest use. Beach chairs and beach towels are also available. For your laundry needs, there is a full sized Bosch washer and Bosch tumble dryer in the utility room and a line dryer outside for hanging delicates. For added comfort and convenience, bathroom toiletries and house cleaning supplies are all kept in stock for guest use.
