Our villa EL PANCHO has been completely renovated, with a functional style and spacious areas, very bright and brand new. Its architecture has managed to preserve the two-pitched roof of part of the house and the wooden beams on the ceiling of some rooms, which provides warmth and comfort. Located in one of the most easily accessible areas within the mountain of the well-known Atlanterra Urbanisation, and about 300 m from the beach. Facing West, from here you will be able to enjoy unparalleled sunsets, and even on clear days you will be able to see the famous Trafalgar Lighthouse.



The main floor of the villa has a spacious open space where the living room-dining room-kitchen are located, with access to a pleasant outdoor porch with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy evenings outdoors within the peace and tranquillity that this environment will provide. It also has a large swimming pool, about 9 x 5 metres, with a stunning garden surrounded by palm trees. On this same floor we find 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower; two of these bedrooms with 2 single beds each and the third with a double bed. From this last bedroom you will enjoy pleasant views of the pool area and the sea.



On the first floor is the fourth bedroom, with a double bed and a fantastic en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, shower tray, and a large private terrace with panoramic views of the pool area and the Atlantic Ocean.



It has air conditioning by zones.



It has access to two streets and has exterior space for two vehicles.



Due to its location, you will be close, during the summer season, to restaurants, small shops, and beach bars where you can enjoy excellent cocktails, and enjoy unforgettable sunsets. As well as accessing the nearest beaches, just a few minutes away, on a pleasant walk.

The rental price includes 6 hours of cleaning distributed as 3 hours on two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday)



- The use of the barbecue is free. However, it is mandatory to leave it clean after use. In the event that it is left dirty, 100 € will be withheld from the deposit to cover cleaning costs.
