Staff was nice. Room was dirty. Trash was in the bin when I arrived. Fridge was broken and smelly. Other guests were loud and running around the hall. Bathroom was really dirty with dust and dirt everywhere. Bed was old and uncomfortable. It was fine but I won’t be back.

Room smelled bad ... No proper duvet with a cover...instead just blankets and a sheet? Bedside table and lamp very dusty. Nowhere to hang wet towels in the bedroom. Kitchen closed until 7.45 am far too late. Dishes are dirty. . Shower hooks broken cant hang clothes or shampoo. General sense of uncleanliness e.g., surfaces walls etc. No expectations around after hours quiet time - other guests were loud all night and there were no signs about when they should be quiet or a number for us to call and complain. Overall not a relaxing stay wouldnt recommend

No one at reception between 10 and 2. Difficult for arriving or departing. If a staff member can be found luggage can be stored in the downstairs dormatory room. Rooms large with airconditioning, balconies out onto residential streets, tea and coffee making, good wifi, communal kitchen had boxes saying creamer but nothing in them, plenty of power sockets, was possible to persuade staff to order taxis etc but took effort. Seemed to have plenty of parking, easy to find on a major road a few hundred meters from the park in one direction and the beech in another with various nearby shops. Can be very expensive if there's an event in town, service ought to be better when that happens.
