Location. Great staff,very friendly, prompt with fixing a faulty door. Nothing was too much trouble Although unit is starting to look 'tired',everything we needed was there and very clean. We will go back.

Room was a good size and had everything we needed for our two nights. Parking right outside and nice view of the lake across the road. Added bonus of having a laundry. Good location for the lake, town and nice restaurants.

Room was clean and comfortable, views of the lake were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked well. 10-15min walk to centre of Taupo, and places to eat and drink in the vicinity.

Such a lovely welcome from the gentleman on reception! Friendly, helpful, informative, just everything you could want on arrival at your accommodation. He even gave us an upgraded room with a wonderful view of the lake. Limited space for food prep but we knew it was microwave only, so we were prepared. A little noisy from other guests but not through the night, so we had a great sleep. Highly recommend for a short stay.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean. I was very impressed with the memory foam pillows! We were upgraded to the ocean view room. It was a treat! The view was stunning. Adequate parking and facilities (no pool though)

Clean room, open the window for fresh air off the lake. Thought it would be noisy on the Main Street but very quiet. Amazing views of the lake & the snow covered mountains.
