None of toilet door has lock and toilet slide door does not close properly unsafe to use. Room back door was not lockable. Did not fell safe to sleep in that room. Poor quality of mattress. Hot pool water was sticky and stinky. We paid $350 for the room and felt ripped off.

The facilities could use a little refresh but are spacious for a family of four (including teenagers). All clean and tidy. We didn't manage to book a room with a private pool but the swimming pool was a pleasant surprise (and heated!). Location is great but traffic can be noisy at times. What really makes this place stand out is the staff - everyone we encountered was always smiling, professional, cheerful and willing to help! Perfect for a last minute booking - we will be back.

we enjoy our stay, it was clean and the thermal pool and outdoor pool was awesome 1 thing i could advise on is where the tv is situated just a thought in maybe putting the tv's on the wall with brackets that can be moved into different positions to be able to watch it anywhere in the room. other than that loved our stay would recommend it to anyone who is looking for accomodation in tauranga
