Freshly renovated with a playful American diner vibe, Sandy Bar offers cool furnishings, Smeg appliances (yes, even a wine fridge), and a sun-soaked deck that’s perfect for slow mornings and relaxed afternoons. Indoors flows effortlessly to outdoors with a bar leaner and chairs, making it just as good for a quiet coffee as it is for a shared platter with friends.
Inside, you’ll find three inviting bedrooms. The super king ensuite room is a beautifully converted garage, complete with its own heat pump, TV, and sliding door to the driveway. The other two bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with a single plus trundler - share a well-appointed bathroom. With quality bedding, excellent heating and cooling, and thoughtful touches throughout, everyone can relax in comfort.
Practical comforts are all here - great Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, off-street parking for one car (plus plenty of street parking), and a shared driveway with two other homes.
Dog lovers, you’re in luck - Sandy Bar welcomes one small dog by prior approval. There’s a dog door, a small fenced grass area, and a secure boundary to keep tails wagging.

Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.
Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
