Strikingly Beautiful Sunsets

Halfway between Miami and Key West, this beautiful two story townhouse is located in a community that has all of the amenities you'll need for a perfect getaway.

We are a gated community with security. Available are: two tennis courts, large heated swimming pool, sandy beach on the bay (Fabulous Sunsets). Located next to Founders Park which has bike/exercise trails and beach within walking distance. Absolutely no pets (condo rules). But, the squirrels do arrive early for breakfast!!!!

This spacious two-story townhouse is fully equipped with large eat-in kitchen including: a full-size refrigerator, ceramic top range, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishes, and cooking utensils. The formal dining room will seat 4-6 for a delicious seafood dinner. Off the kitchen is your personal washer and drier.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a queen-size futon sofa that flattens into a bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Televisions and extra large walk-in closets make both feel like home. All towels and linens are included.

Relax in the comfortable living room on two sofas and a chair. Watch the flat-screen TV with 200 channels, surf the web or check your e-mail with free WiFi.

Walk outside to your patio and sit in a lush, tropical garden. Grill your catch or steak on the gas grill!

Very much appreciated that everything was supplied, truly only needed to buy groceries and some seasoning. We’ve never stayed somewhere that supplied so much for us to use. Would recommend bringing a fan or white noise machine to block out the traffic noise at night

Great Stay
This is not the first Vrbo we've use, but the best so far. The unit was in great shape and very clean. Don was very pleasant to work with and very helpful. The location was great for us.

The property was nice, clean and exactly as depicted in pictures.
My husband myself and 4 teens stayed here from Dec 24-Jan 3. We had a lovely time. Don was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed his company and welcomed and sought his advice. The property is lovely and the people were all friendly. The pool and beach are as previously mentioned, a bit of a walk but the scenery walking down is beautiful so we didn’t mind that. The noise from the proximity of the highway was a bit loud, but we brought earplugs. Feeding the tarpon at Robbie’s is a must! The rain barrel artisan village lobster shack just a short walk down the street was awesome! look for the giant lobster outside! Key west is a must of course. The sunsets at the beach here were gorgeous and everyone just kind of meets up down at the beach each evening to mingle and watch the sunsets. The clubhouse is beautiful. Restaurants we enjoyed were the lazy days in islamorada, tower of pizza in key largo, whale harbour buffet in islamorada. The tavernier plaza had a a Winn Dixie and movie theatre and bills liquors and a family dollar, cvs and a McDonald’s. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Don’s tiki bar makes his patio right beside ours for the week, the coolest patio in the place! Kids loved feeding the squirrels each morning and named them all. Pina Colada was the favourite one. Lol. We would definitely return to this place and hope to in the future! Thanks Don!

Town home was near many upper Keys attractions. Very clean and plenty of towels, dishes etc. The small beach area is very pretty and grad for older kids for shallow snorkeling, but there were quite a few jellyfish. Only draw back, it's right on the highway so there is lots of traffic noise. Very enjoyable stay and would recommend

Had a lovely time at the Executive Bay Club!
My husband and I stayed here with our three children for a week (15, 14 and 10) recently and had a very pleasant stay at this property. It was very clean and photos accurately represented the place. It is quite spacious inside. The bathrooms were nicely appointed with extra toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, hand cream, razors and even shampoo and body wash, in case we forgot something) and plenty of clean towels for the week. The kitchen was in good order and had some basic spices and paper products too, that were helpful. The peanuts that were stocked in a cute display bowl labeled "squirrel food" delighted our little fury friends who visited our patio each morning. We all got a kick out of feeding them. Don, the property manager, lives right next door and while there is no privacy between the small patios, we overlooked this. Don was helpful in providing restaurant suggestions and was accommodating when I asked to share his hose (to try and keep our patio table clean from the tree overhead that was continuously dropping it's leaves and residue while we were there). We did have some water leaking from the air conditioner upon arrival, but Don came over immediately to temporarily address the problem. I think the A/C needs a new filter and overall cleaning...it was fairly musty smelling upon arrival. My husband has asthma and is sensitive to these things but the kids also seemed to be affected a bit (sore throats). The pool area is large, well kept and had plenty of lounge chairs and round tables. The water was warm and beautiful! Although the complex has a private beach area, it's not much to rave about. We enjoyed Founder's Park, instead, which is right next door and had a much larger and nicer beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would agree with past reviewers that it may not be the most updated decor inside, but is spacious, clean and reasonably priced. Having a washer/dryer unit inside was a nice plus, especially after all the swimming and sand. I found the VRBO app (that I downloaded on my phone) very helpful by providing all sorts of details about our arrival/dining/things to do etc. Another plus was that we didn't have to do a thing on our departure day--just leave! It was very easy. Thumbs up on our experience here and thank you! We had a terrific week.
