The heart of the home is the bright living room, which includes a sofa bed and direct access to the outdoor balconies. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, featuring modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. The dining area is perfectly positioned to enjoy meals while looking out at the water. Key features include two full bathrooms with showers and bathtubs, air conditioning throughout, high speed wireless internet, and cable television with smart options.



Guest Access:

Guests will be given a unique 4 digit code for the duration of their stay. No front desk to check in with key fobs or hard keys for this unit. Guest will have to check in with the 24 hour on-site security gate and 2 vehicles are max allowed for this property.

Getting Around:

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

If you are arriving via car and have a GPS / SatNav system in the car, please use 500 Burton Drive, Tavernier, Florida as the address. If you do not have a GPS device, you can find us from the mainland by taking the Florida Turnpike south to Exit 4 - Homestead/Key West. This is the Turnpike Extension that will connect you to Route US 1 in Florida City, which takes you through the Keys to Key West at the very end of US 1.

Please be aware that speed limits throughout the Florida Keys are strictly enforced. Driving Route 1 to Key West is one of the most beautiful drives there so TAKE YOUR TIME. Please be especially careful through the Big Pine Key area as this is a Key Deer Refuge. Speed limits are reduced in this area. You can reach Ocean Pointe by following Route 1 south from Homestead, over the 20-mile causeway, past Key Largo and making a left onto Burton Drive at mile marker 92.5, just before the Circle K convenience store and Dairy Queen in the median. Ocean Pointe is approximately half mile down Burton drive on your right.



GETTING HERE WITHOUT A CAR

We understand that some of you will be traveling without a car. We would not recommend this, as there are many places to visit, and it could be significantly more expensive. Ride share apps such as Lyft and Uber are available in the area. Some possibilities to explore:



KEYS AIRPORT SHUTTLE provides daily door to door shuttle service to and from Key West & the Florida Keys & Miami & Ft Lauderdale airports.



The GREYHOUND KEYS SHUTTLE has daily scheduled departures from the Miami Airport to all areas in the Keys.



CAR PARKING

Parking is provided for two cars on site and is easily accessible to the unit. Please be aware that all guests must be registered prior to coming, and the plate numbers of cars provided.



Other Things to Note:

For enhanced hygiene and guest comfort, all linens and towels are professionally laundered off-site by a commercial laundry service. This process ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and quality for every stay.



For the safety and security of our guests and property, the condo is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera located at the front entrance. The camera monitors the exterior entryway only and records video and audio when motion is detected. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the condo or in any private outdoor spaces.



Marina slip and/or trailer reservations have to be made prior to arriving with the Dockmaster. RV's and jet skis are not allowed.
