Todo estuvo muy bien. El apartamento, para una familia como la nuestra con dos niños, es perfecto. Estaba todo muy limpio y tal cual aparece en el anuncio. Nos adelantamos una hora al checkin, y no tuvimos problema alguno. Estaban en ese momento limpiåndolo y nos dejaron dejar los equipajes y fuimos a conocer el pueblito pesquero. Sin duda, un acierto el apartamento, esperamos poder volver el año próximo. Lo recomiendo sin duda alguna.
Unfortunately our experience with this apt. rental was not good! We have been renting places in Santa Luzia for the past 7 years and this one was by far the worst one (and the most expensive...) .
- The check in was delayed 2.5 hours from the check in time due to late cleaning.
- Only one key given for 4 people (3 adults)
- The apt. did not have hair dryer. Had to insist to get one.
- The apt. did not have a basic trash can in the bathroom. It took 3 days to get one.
- For the entire stay we could not have the remote control /key to access the garage
- There is no single mirror in the apt. besides the bathroom one.
- The internet service was cut off on the fourth day of our stay. Had to call for the management to pay and reconnect the service
- The Apt. advertises a pool but we had to insist to have some pool chairs (apparently each apt. had their own but ours...)
- all the kitchen plates / pots / utensiles were very old
- Furniture very old. Some pieces of furniture were falling apart (tried to open the drawer of the night stand and it felt apart....)
- The apt. had no AC
- No place to hang towels....
Overall, it seemed like someone just put together a bunch of assorted old furniture and appliances in the apt so that it could be rented. I just expected Vrbo to do a better quality control job...
